Do you work with very large enterprise databases?

If your database size is measured in the tens of terabytes or your company is massive in scale, we're happy to try solving issues, but you really should have a qualified DBA on staff just to manage systems of that size. Large enterprises typically need dedicated database administrators for ongoing management.

I don't like Teams, can't you just come in in person and do things?

I'm in the United States and I need help but you're in Canada. How does that work?

We're able to support US businesses as well, and can bill in US dollars if that helps.

I use Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, or something else as my database provider. Can you help?

Our deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other products in the Microsoft ecosystem mean that you'd probably be better off in someone else's hands.

Will you be our IT department? We have a lot of printer issues.
